Ok Donations page the bit nobody ever clicks on so if you did ... WELL DONE YOU............

First off before you click on another page WE ARE NOT A BEGGING SITE. We dont ask for money to pay for hosting or general bollox about keeping the site afloat. Each year we pay for 2 main things at present one is the domain name registration ( to keep the address www.oldskoolravers.co.uk ) and the other is the chatroom as we pay to have it cos it's a good one.

Roughly speaking we need about £ 75.00 a year in fees so not much in terms of money in. So with that in mind you are now thinking sorted I dont need to donate then, thats true in some ways but if everyone reading this does that then we get no donations at all to help pay for it. So ANY donations gratefully received and will be put to good use.

Ok so thats the site taken care of so no other money needed and job done. However, we do have plans to expand the site and move to other areas and get promotional flyers made and car stickers ( to give out ) and other general merchandise and stuff to give away in promotions and also as prizes on events we are planning on doing. No real figure can be put to this but I did get a quote for some car stickers and have had quotes for other stuff and it comes to a few hundred quid. None of this is necessary to run the site but would be nice to help improve in spreading the word to streets.

Anyone have any contacts in FREE or VERY LOW COST stuff that you think oldskoolravers could benefit from then give me a shout at the usual address or use the contact form found on the homepage.

Thats about all for now but as and when new things / ideas come in I will update regular as to progress.

We dont ask for pay to play or for subscriptions or have advertisers and sponsers to keep oldskoolravers moving forward all ya need to do is dig deep :)
