Chatroom
Ok there shouldnt be too many issues here but the ones that can be found are simple to solve. The main issue people find is java. The chatroom is Java based and you really need the latest Java applet on your PC. Best thing to do is check what version you have and see if it needs upgrading. To do this simply click on the java check link below and follow the sites instructions.
If you fail the verification it generally means you have the wrong version. If you cant be bothered checking or know you have an old version then click the following link to download page an select your operating system and download the latest one.
Another area we find sometimes results in failure to get the chatroom is your own computer settings in internet explorer or mozilla.
Internet Explorer Solution
1. Choose Tools from the Menu bar, then Internet options.
2. Select the Security tab then the Custom Level button
3. In the dialogue box scroll down to the Scripting section, Active Scripting sub-section and select Enable (click in the radio button)
4. Then in the dialogue box scroll down to the Microsoft VM section, Java Permissions and select either High security, Medium Security or Low Security.
5. Select OK in each dialogue box.
Mozilla Solution
1. Choose Tools from the Menu bar, then Internet options.
2. Select the Options button
3. Select the Content tab
4. Ensure the JAVA is ticked

VIDEO STREAM
This section is being looked into at the moment as there are so many cross browser issues we are trying to condense 3 pages into this one page.
Basically it appears majority of issuse are in relation to windows media player install on your machine and the multiple settings that you can have on that player some can block the site player.
Some to check are : -
1. Insure you have active x allowed on your browser.
2. Ensure windows media player works on your machine.
